Ok...mega blog update. I have neglected you and for that I am sorry. Hmm...first of all at Shannon's request: a raw food update.

Well, we made it through our raw food adventure. I lost 10 pounds and was feeling amazing but when I tasted that Thai curry for our first cooked meal I almost cried it tasted so good. Our plan was to keep eating a good amount of raw food but to be honest, since we've quit we've been eating almost no raw food. I think Davis and I are going to have to sit down and commit to what percentage of raw food we're going to aim for in order to stick to it. I also want to start exercising with my mom once we're out in Langford. Which brings me to my next exciting update...

WE'RE BUYING A CONDO! A whoo hoo! So freaking stoked on owning a place. Currently it's a pretty plain jane two bedroom condo off Goldstream but we're hoping to jazz it up a bit with our own personal style. Thanks to Nicole for helping us get financing. If you're thinking of buying I highly recommend her. So we take possession on the 27th so keep that weekend open because I may be bugging you to help us paint and/or move in.

Tomorrow starts my exciting string of poetry gigs over the summer. We're hitting Reynold's High School at 1:45 with some Spoken Word action. We have 75 minutes with a Writing 12 class. It's fun to perform for the students who are actually interested in poetry and we'll get to see a few of our favourite high school poets who happen to attend Reynold's.

So a lot of you know I'm planning on pursuing photography a lot more intensely. I've decided to narrow in on boudoir as far as my marketing so I am looking to snatch up a new website within the next few days and get that rocking. Last night I decided on a name as well so...introducing...
